Euro Kredyt as the largest credit carrier of Consumer Finance has actively supported many small and medium-sized charity projects.

The aim of the project was to help the children. As a part of the CSR Euro Kredyt conducted a social project sponsorship - financed and coordinated the renovation of the Children's Home in Biła Cerkwa in Kiev Oblast, Ukraine.

As a part of the CSR Euro Kredyt realised a social project as a series of charity workshops and training for children of people with disabilities. The purpose of education was to provide opportunities and solutions dedicated to the needs of people with disabilities and the motivation to fight for equal rights in everyday life. Action was conducted in cooperation with administrative bodies.

After 6 years of building experience on the Belarus market in the retail banking sector we prepared the project of the first truly internet bank. The project was based on conducted examinations by special entities of market research. By using them we developed the product and marketing strategy. The project is in the course of the realization.

The company along with the local investor in the section of commercial buildings is preparing the project for financing the repurchase of commercial buildings in the form of supermarkets and shopping centres. Building sites of new locations were also among a realization. A wide range of the activity was applied in the phase of the appreciable increase demand of commercial buildings.

In 2006 the niche bank from Special Economic Zone was purchased. Conducted activities included preparing and the implementation of a strategy for the bank with directing at the market the individual customer.

We applied credit scoring model and modern for the market of Belarus personal loans. In spite of the financial crisis on eastern markets it achieved excellent results by building the wallet of over 40 thousand customers. The exit from investment took place in 2012.

In 2006 a plan to create the micro credit company for the Moldavian market was implemented. The Moldavian market in spite of its smaller sizes (ok3, 5 million populations) turned out to be very interesting. We conducted comprehensive market researches as well as we established the demand of the market for loan products.

We also prepared the product and marketing strategy. Applied action being storage payments of implementations was completed in 2008 because of an deep economic crisis on eastern markets. The company is considering resuming investment in the connection from signed by Moldova with association agreement with the European Union.

As part of the activities realised for financial institutions we conducted construction of first Ukrainian archiving centre. Area of the centre took out close 5000 m2 and was equipped in modern, automated system of the digitization of documents.

We also implemented procedures of the audit for outside entities and system of services of the mass correspondence for 20 thousand mailings per day. The exit from investment took place in 2008.

As part of development activities in the Ukraine we created the first society Insurance Bank. In the short time it attained the position of the market leader in the section of insurance of credit.

In 2007 he positioned to the top one spot in credit insurance in the Ukraine himself. He generated portfolio of over 2 million customers. Finally investment was sold for the Nadra partner Bank.

We undertook the rehabilitation of areas of the Chernobyl side on Belarus by planting 5-hectare area with the dedicated Miscantus Giganteus kind. Our researches proved that plants were precipitating the disintegration of radioactive substances, a soil is activating the two-time rehabilitation, not causing distributing radioactive connections, is safe for the burn. We planned next stage of the project development for years 2014-1015.

Among predicted actions is recruiting of the strategic partner and financing the plantation for planting 5 thousand hectares and also building of logistics and distribution of acquired fuel for using as Pellet biomass.

As experienced for many years specialist in the field of leasing trucks and vans we undertook the preparation and the full service of the project providing a new product 'car leasing'.

We created optimal, alternative solution of financing the purchase of fixed assets for small and average entrepreneurs.

The aim of our activities was collateral of buyout of tenement buildings located in old wards of larger Polish cities. We have conducted a wide range of activities In the field of regulative law and revitalization of the buildings.

Finally we sold quite a number of tenements in entire Poland. Main sale objects were sold in Poznań, Toruń and Bydgoszcz.

As a part of the handling of credit portfolios we conducted the sequence of operations including redemption of liabilities, monitoring of credit ranges, update processes of the condition of the debtor and the inspection of securities, as well as the sale of assets.

Among companies serviced by us were: Fiat Bank ,Fiat Leasing, Mercedes Bank, Mercedes Leasing, Volkswagen Bank, Volkswagen Leasing, Renault Credit Polska, Volvo Finance, BZ WBK Leasing, PKO BP, GBG Bank, PBK Bank.

The sale of the company was conducted in the MBO process.

As part of the development of the credit operator offer we have spread it for new releases, among others: the automobile credit, the cash credit, the mortgage credit and the motor vehicle insurance.

In the end by applied actions the company achieved base of 500 dealer points and 25 thousand customers.

The company took a share packet at the bank specializing in services and retail products.

Within applied activities were supporting activities of the first investment processes being aimed at raising capital from outside the area of Ukraine.

Additionally there was participation in creating the development strategy in the section of the retail client.

An exit from investment took place in 2008.

As the consumer finance section we created the brand Euro Credit. The company implemented new on the Ukrainian market project of the sale of instalment credits and cash. By using the synergy with the Nadra bank, Euro Credit became the precursor and the leader in granting instalment credits and cash. In the end we gathered a base of over 2200 points of sale, and the number of the employment took over 3500 employees.

Euro Credit generated over 2.5 million of customers. Finally investment was redeemed by the Nadra Bank partner.

In 2005 a Euro Finance company was created on the Ukrainian leasing market. The company specialized in leasehold of means of transport and quickly achieved the prominence at the market lead. Euro Finance as a result of long-term operations got the leasing range about the total value of the over 30 million USD. The company was sold to a local bank.
